We want every experience with Nuvkin to feel safe and fair. Because different vendors sell through our marketplace, return policies may vary. Please read the product page for details before purchasing.
General Guidelines
- Perishable items (produce, dairy, meat, baked goods): Non-returnable, but eligible for refund if spoiled or not delivered. Proof (e.g., photo) must be submitted within 24 hours.
- Crafts & handmade goods: Returns depend on the vendor’s stated policy. Check the product page.
- Custom or made-to-order items: Non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Process
- Contact the vendor directly.
- If unresolved within 3 days, contact Nuvkin support.
- Nuvkin may issue a refund on your behalf and deduct from the vendor’s payout.
Escalations
Nuvkin reserves final decision rights in disputes.
