Welcome to Nuvkin! By using our site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Our Role

Nuvkin is a marketplace. Vendors list and sell their products directly; Nuvkin provides the platform and payment processing.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Payments are processed through Stripe.

     

  • Vendor payouts are released weekly (7 days after transaction).

     

  • Prices shown include applicable taxes and fees.

     

4. Shipping & Delivery

For this pilot period, the Nuvkin founder team will personally handle local deliveries. This gives us a chance to meet our community, talk with vendors and customers, and learn how to serve you better.
 We appreciate your patience during this phase until a dedicated delivery solution is in place for our local communities.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors may set their own return and refund policies, displayed on product pages where applicable.

     

  • For perishable items (produce, baked goods, dairy, meat), refunds are only available in cases of non-delivery or spoilage (with proof within 24 hours).

     

  • For crafts and handmade goods, vendors may allow returns; see product details.

6. Disputes

If issues arise:

  1. Contact the vendor directly.

     

  2. If unresolved, escalate to Nuvkin within 3 days.

     

  3. Nuvkin reserves the right to issue a refund and deduct from vendor payouts.

     

7. Liability

Nuvkin is not liable for vendor products. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the past 6 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
